Puerto Rico swept me up the moment I arrived. Each stop felt like its own little world.
Parque de Bombas in Ponce was my first highlight, its bright red-and-black façade looks almost theatrical in person. Standing in front of such an iconic landmark made me feel like I’d stepped into a piece of living history.
From there, the energy shifted completely in El Yunque. The rain forest was all mist, rushing water, and layers of green stacked on top of green. Hiking under the canopy felt calm and alive at the same time, like the whole forest was breathing.
San Juan pulled me right back into color and rhythm. The vibrant buildings, especially those brilliantly painted ones in Old San Juan, were impossible not to photograph. Every street corner felt like a postcard.
Puerto Rico is one of those places that stays with you. Each photo I took holds a little of its magic.
